Yes. By default, only the normal posts are included in Contextly's recommendations and we don't include custom post types or show recommendations on custom post types.
But, you can easily include custom post types.
In Wordpress, go to Settings->Contextly->Advanced.
You'll see a list of your custom post types, and you can add them here. Keep in mind that if you add a post type, that post type will also display Contextly recommendations.
Since our recommendation engine doesn't use your database, if you turn off a custom post type or pages, it may take the system sometime to learn this. If you do turn this off, we suggest dropping a note to info@contextly.com.
