You will need an account with admin privileges to get to the settings and to the Control Panel.
If you have an account with admin privileges, look on the taskbar on the left hand side. Look for Settings -> Contextly.
There's a few advanced WordPress-specific items in the settings inside WordPress, but the majority of the controls live in the Control Panel on our site.
To get to control panel, press The Big Settings Button.
