Yes, this is possible if you like in WordPress.
Contextly can prompt writers to choose related posts before publishing a story.
In WordPress, Go to Contextly->Settings->Advanced.
Click the prompt button at the bottom.
Keep in mind this is currently not a setting per writer, but for every writer.
